California’s Limited Stay at Home Order
As of November 21, 2020, it is required that all non-essential work and activities stop between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. in counties in the purple Tier 1 (Widespread). On November 17, 2020, Orange County's tier status moved to the most restrictive purple tier. Based on the County's tier status, Orange County is part of the limited stay at home order. Request to be a COVID-19 Testing Site
There are many COVID-19 testing options available to meet the needs for COVID-19 testing throughout Orange County. However, there may be a need to bring testing to a particular ZIP Code or location based on positivity rates, an outbreak or to serve populations that may have limited access to current testing sites. Orange County Health Care Agency (OCHCA) is providing an opportunity for organizations to host a COVID-19 testing event.

Before requesting to host a testing site, go to COVID-19 Testing Locations Map to find free testing options currently available. If there is a need and your agency is interested in requesting a testing event to meet a specific need in your community that is not met by available resources, OCHCA asks that you complete this request form. Forms must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the proposed event date. Submission of a request form does not guarantee a testing event; OCHCA staff will follow up on your request. Click here to learn more.
