Community Survey to Address Homelessness and Housing Insecurity |
The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) established the Housing and Homelessness Incentive Program (HHIP), enabling CalOptima Health to earn incentive funds for addressing homelessness and housing insecurity as social drivers of health and health disparities. These funds will allow CalOptima Health to continue making investments in the community to increase capacity and bolster key partnerships necessary to connect Medi-Cal members to housing services.
We invite the community to provide feedback on CalOptima Health’s potential investment strategies for HHIP: Community Survey - CalOptima Health's HHIP Investment Strategies
Please note the survey will close on August 31, 2022.
