Dr. Murphy - Accepting new referrals

Dr. David Murphy is a certified general practice psychotherapist, a pain specialist, and a trauma therapist. His services include individual therapy, couples therapy, anger management, trauma therapy and forensic psychotherapy.
His services provide treatment for, but are not limited to: chronic pain, anger management, post traumatic stress, adult survivors of abuse and neglect. Services are offered through OTN and are covered by OHIP. For more information, please contact the Caledon Specialist Clinic.

The Caledon Specialist Clinic is excited to highlight its growing partnership with William Osler Health System that will continue to enhance the clinic's services. The WOHS Diabetes Clinic has been a fixture within our Specialist Clinic since our opening day. And now thanks to WOHS, Cardiology will be coming soon. Please stay tuned for more details.

TeleMental Health and Addictions Nursing Program

Increase access to, and the quality of, your patients' mental health care through OTN (Ontario Telemedicine Network) consultation. The TeleMental Health and Addictions Nursing Program is available to youth, adults and seniors living in Caledon. It provides your patients with:  
  • Face-to-face consultation and follow-up services
  • Support, health, teaching and referrals to community resources
  • Collaboration care planning
  • Monitoring symptoms and assistance with medication adherence
  • Psychiatric assessment for diagnosis and treatment planning

To make a referral to the TeleMental Health and Addictions Nursing Program, please click here to download and complete the referral form, including risk assessment, and fax to the number provided. Also please attach a summary, if available, of the last patient assessment or pertinent notes.
