On behalf of the Calf Scramble Committee and your supporting Team member we are excited to have you be a part of this years San Antonio Rodeo. Our Scramble participants are forever grateful as is the Calf Scramble Committee. We look forward to seeing you at the show.

Parking Information: Please Read
On the day of your show, you will have parking in our Calf Scramble parking spots (Purple Lot). See map below. Our Calf Scramble spots are marked with a fence sign "Calf Scramble Platinum Donor". We have noted the exact location of the parking spots on the map with arrows and our Calf Scramble logo. (The Rodeo Grounds will tow vehicles not parked in the proper spots)

When you arrive, the Calf Scramble Team will greet you on the grounds to deliver your show tickets.

You will receive text communication from one of our team members as your show date approaches.

2023 Rodeo Star Experience presented by Enchanted Rock Vodka
 
Congratulations! You are about to embark upon a unique and special rodeo experience!
 
Below is important information that will help make the most of the Enchanted Rock “Rodeo Star Experience” (RSE) package.
 
Upon arriving, please coordinate with your concierge before proceeding to the “Rodeo Star Experience Welcome” location on the Rodeo Fairgrounds. The location is next to the Wine Garden by the East entrance of AT&T Center.  If you are coming from the purple lot, proceed through the Carnival to the East side of the AT&T Center. Please see the map below. Here you will find the “Rodeo Star Experience Welcome” location where you will check in and receive a credential with dining and drink vouchers.
 
Rodeo Seating - Located in the “H-E-B Fan Zone Area” (sections 216 – west end of the AT&T Center). Committee Volunteer Hosts are available to help you find your rodeo seats.  
 
Dining Area - Behind the Star Experience Rodeo Seating Area is your Private Dining Area and Bar.  Meal service begins 1 1/2 hours prior to the rodeo performance start time on your ticket and service will end an hour after the rodeo starts.
 
Two Drink Tickets - These tickets may be used at designated Aramark locations, in the Rodeo Star Experience Welcome area, The Enchanted Rock Bar in the Rodeo Star Experience area, and in the AT&T Center.
 
Concert on the Dirt - Committee Volunteer Hosts will accompany you through special areas of the AT&T Center where you will enter onto the arena floor for an experience of a lifetime. This time will vary per performance, but instructions will be given at the event.
Below is directions to the Calf Scramble parking, a sample of your parking pass and sponsor badges you should receive from and a map of the grounds.
