California Consulting Lands Several Awards for Clients in April

Kern High School District Receives $13,775,000 in CDE Community Schol Partnership Program Cohort 3 funding. Senior Project Manager Dr. Julie High and Kern High School District administration teamed up to write the winning application.

CDE CSPP COHORT 3 Hueneme Elementary $6,650,000

Hueneme Elementary School District received $6,650,000 from the CDE- Community School Partnership Program cohort 3 funding. Senior Project Manager Dr. Julie High and HESD's administration teamed up to write the winning application.

Parlier Unified School District receives $5,700,000 in CDE- Community School Partnership Funding cohort 3. Senior Statewide Project Manager Dana Leusch and PUSD's Administration's teamwork secured the successful application.

Barack Obama Charter Received $2,612,500 in CDE Community School Partnership Program Cohort 3. Senior Project Manager Dr. Julie High and BOC's administration's teamwork secured the successful application.

Coachella Valley USD Received $1,425.000 from the CDE Community School Partnership Program Funding cohort 3. Senior Project Manager Julie High and CVUSD's administration teamed up together to write the winning application.

Azusa Unified School District received $1,425,000 from the CDE Community Schools Partnership Program Cohort 3 funding. Senior Project Manager, Dr. Julie High and the support from AUSD's administration staff wrote the winning application.

Amount: Project max is unspecified. $150,000 for single jurisdiction plan, $250,000 for multi-jurisdiction plan.

Match: Generally, HMA funds may be used to pay up to 75% of the eligible activity costs. The remaining 25% of eligible activity costs are derived from non-Federal sources

CA Dept of Education Funding: Specialized Secondary Programs (SSP) Grant 2024-25

Deadline: May 29th, 2024

Amount: Up to $100,000

Eligibility: The proposed SSP must be new to the identified school site(s) and will provide students with advanced instruction and training in high technology fields and in the performing arts in grades nine through twelve. All California public high schools, county offices of education, consortium of local educational agencies (LEAs), and direct-funded charter schools are eligible to apply.

CalFire: Urban and Community Forestry Green Schoolyards

Deadline: May 30th by 5:00 pm PDT

Amount: Between $200,000 and $6,000,000 awarded per application including no more than $1,000,000 per child care facility

Match: encouraged 25% of the project budget

Eligibility: Nonprofit, Public Agency, Cities, Counties, Qualifying School Districts, and Non-profit Organizations.
