Fresno County Workforce Programs - In partnership with the Workforce Development Board, Fresno County offers a number of workforce development programs, including the New Employment Opportunities (NEO) program which received a Gold Star Award from the International Economic Development Council in 2018. Through a unique partnership between the Fresno County EDC and Fresno County DSS, the NEO program provides opportunities for individuals to build knowledge and skills, while employers receive up to a year in wage subsidies for participation. The Workforce Development Board has upscaling, training and hiring assistance for businesses throughout Fresno County cities.

Currently, we have over 4 million square feet of spec buildings either completed or planned, with multiple built-to-suit site options available as well.
