We will have many flexible opportunities for you to volunteer your time and expertise such as event staff for training sessions, remote volunteers for a scholarship committee, and various other committee chair positions. Review: Clinical Approach to Headaches, Oleg Bouimer
November 6, 2021 - Santa Ana
This was our first face-to-face workshop since Covid put our world on hold. Oleg of Russian Sports Massage took us through the different kinds of headaches and the clinical approaches to help bring relief. It was a good day of coming together and learning once again.
Review: Introduction to Dermoneuromodulation, Julie Porter
November 14, 2021 - San Jose
Julie Porter of the Institute of Manual Neuroscience had a full workshop in San Jose. Learning this technique and approach to working with clients and recovery from injuries made the day very valuable. This workshop will be repeated twice for Southern California at the Pacific College of Health Sciences in San Diego. We expect this training to take place at the end of March, watch for registration information soon.

In this workshop, we will discuss the importance of not only the joint itself but the many strong structures surrounding the joint that lends to its stability.

Ampuku Psoas Release™ deals with the abdomen (Hara) as the control center of movement, posture, and energy for the whole body. This original technique works well with sports injuries, fragile clients, seniors, children, and pregnancy without risk of further injury to the client.
