The California Preschool Development Grant (PDG) is piloting instructor-led courses designed specifically for early learning providers and hosted entirely online in a mobile-friendly format. These courses support early childhood professionals in expanding their skills through job-embedded activities while making professional development easy, accessible, and highly effective.

Preschool or Infant/Toddler

Program Details

All courses are FREE of cost
Earn 20 hours of professional development per course
Enrollment limited to one course per term
Course can be completed on your own time, with an instructor facilitating the process
Infant/Toddler and Preschool courses are available

These courses are job-embedded to give participants the best real-world experience in implementing practices.

This means each course will require access to an early childhood program with enrolled children in order to be completed.
