SIP-enabled and InformaCast compatible, SIP Call Buttons are perfect for schools, retail establishments, shipping/receiving or delivery bays.
When the Call Button is depressed, it places a SIP call to a pre-determined phone number such as emergency services & plays a stored audio file, while simultaneously playing an announcement via Multicast over VoIP endpoints.
In a Singlewire InformaCast environment, the SIP Call Button registers to the Cisco Call Manager as a third party SIP endpoint. When the Call Button is depressed it makes a call to the Cisco Call Manager and the Singlewire InformaCast software detects that call and initiates an event.
