CALL FOR ABS 2024 PROPOSALS

Due November 10th!

The ABS 2024 Conference is now accepting proposals for symposia and workshops. Please submit a proposal using the form found in the button below.

The deadline to submit is November 10, 2023.

Workshops and symposia may either be organized by self-organized groups of ABS members, or sponsored by a standing committee as part of their programing. Please indicate in your submission whether your proposal is self-organized or sponsored by a standing committee.

For the symposia and workshops, it is expected that all speakers will present in-person to promote the invigorating interactions characteristic of these events. All workshops will take place June 25th during the pre-conference meeting day.

Please also note that ABS expects organizers to explicitly consider how their event and selection of speakers enhances diversity and representation at the meeting. The Program Officers request that all events, including those from standing committees that have already been approved by the Executive Committee, submit a proposal to aid in meeting planning.
