Thank you - 2023 Summer Forum Attendees
Thank you to both in-person and virtual attendees of the 2023 Family Medicine Summer Forum.

We hope that the learning experience was as enjoyable and worthwhile for you as it was for the FAFP leadership and staff.

As a reminder, if you have not done so already, please claim your CME credits by completing and submitting your evaluation no later than September 2, 2023. CME credits earned from the meeting will be reported to AAFP and CE Broker within 30 days, provided you have completed and successfully submitted the evaluation. Please do not report your credits to AAFP/CEBroker as this delays the process in proper reporting to the state.

We look forward to seeing you again soon!
