NABOR is seeking members who are interested in volunteering for committee service!
ARPAC/LEGISLATIVE

This committee is responsible for raising funds to reach or exceed the fundraising goal set by NAR/ARA. This committee also conducts candidate interviews in election years. If you are interested in the political process, this may be the committee for you.

AWARDS

The awards committee is responsible for recommending the award program criteria to the Board of Directors, reviewing any proposed changes to the criteria or guidelines and planning the annual awards celebration.

HOLIDAY
BANQUET

This committee is responsible for the planning and execution of our annual installation banquet. The committee conducts fundraising activities to include seeking sponsorships and door prize donations from our affiliate members and vendors.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Members of this committee are responsible for planning and scheduling board sponsored continuing education classes, designation classes and national/international speakers.

SCHOLARSHIP

The scholarship committee solicits and reviews applications for the Nadine Yates REALTOR® Memorial Scholarship. The committee recommends candidates to the Board of Directors for funding approval. The committee may opt to conduct fundraising activities.

SPECIAL OLYMPICS

This committee is responsible for raising funds to reach or exceed the goal set by the committee chair and approved by the Board of Directors. SOAR committee members will assist in conducting fundraising activities and participates in developing new fundraising opportunities.

MLS

The MLS committee is responsible for reviewing our MLS software, suggesting updates and improvements to Matrix 360. The committee also assists in the development of our MLS Rules & Regulations. MLS committee members serve a two-year term, must attend Professional Standards training annually, and may be asked to sit on Hearing Panels.


The MLS committee consists of twelve REALTOR® volunteers. Clicking the link above will add your name to the list of potential MLS committee members.
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS

The Professional Standards committee members assist in the development of guidelines and sanctions for violations of teh MLS Rules and Regulations. Professional Standards committee members must attend Professional Standards training annually and may be asked to sit on Hearing Panels.
