Dear SCAPA Members & Partners:

The SCAPA Winter Conference will be held on February 27-28, 2023, at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center in Downtown Columbia, SC. We will kick off the event on Monday, February 27^th with a Trade Show Reception highlighting our exhibitors. Our technical program will be held on Tuesday, February 28^th.

In an effort to ensure we have the highest quality presentations and speakers; we are seeking speakers and volunteers to serve on the 2023 SCAPA Winter Conference Planning Committee. We have scheduled our annual planning meeting for Tuesday, August 16th from 10-2PM. We will meet on this day to develop the Winter Conference Technical Program Agenda. The meeting will be held at the SCDOT ITS Building located behind the Office of Materials and Research at 1408 Shop Road, Columbia, SC. Lunch will be provided.

• Provide an informative presentation abstract - No more than 500 words
• Speaker fees or concessions must be requested when abstract is submitted
• Speaker will provide presentation handouts if applicable

• Opportunity to share your knowledge/best practices with 500+ asphalt industry contractors and professionals.
• Registration fee waived for speakers.
• One night hotel stay at the Hilton Columbia Center for out-of-state presenters.
• If you are a licensed PE in South Carolina, you can receive double PDH credit for your presentation.
