The 2026 National Delegates Assembly will be held virtually on Sunday, August 2, 2026.
All Chapters and Regional Councils are asked to complete the Resolution Submission Form to be received no later than Wednesday, June 3, 2026; 60 days prior to the commencement of the Assembly. The completed form will be sent to the National Resolutions Committee Chair, Honorable Dr. Ethel L. Crisp. Copies of the resolutions will also be posted in the Proposed Resolutions section of the BIG Member Portal.The resolutions will be displayed virtually at the National Delegates Assembly.
All resolutions will be reviewed in advance and presented to the National Delegates Assembly by the National Resolutions Committee. Resolutions are not constitutional amendments. Constitutional amendments must follow a separate, requisite process. All resolutions acted upon by the National Delegates Assembly, along with the action taken, will be published in the BIG® Corporate Report.
All Regional Council Presidents are requested to select ONE member from their region to serve on the National Resolutions Committee and to provide their name, telephone number, and email address to Honorable Dr. Ethel Crisp Ethel.Crisp@bigrv.org no later than Friday, July 10, 2026. If there will not be a member selected from the region, please notify Honorable Dr. Crisp.
A virtual meeting to discuss the proposed resolutions will be scheduled on Friday, July 24, 2026, with the National Resolutions Committee members. We look forward to another successful National Delegates Assembly.
