The Wendell Falls Board of Directors is expanding the number of Class “A” Member Board

of Directors seats from two to three homeowner representatives this year. In accordance

with Section 3.3(c) of the Bylaws, two homeowners will each serve a two-year term, and

one homeowner will serve a one-year term on the Board. Per the Wendell Falls Community Association, Inc. Bylaws, qualified candidates must be the owner of a Lot within Wendell Falls and be current on their HOA fees and assessments.

If you are interested in running for a position on the Board of Directors, please submit the

application, linked below, with a one-page bio to wendellfallsnc@ccmcnet.com.

Applications are due by 5pm on Monday, August 11th.

To create a transparent election process with all candidates represented, the Nominating

and Elections Committee will conduct recorded video interviews with each candidate. If

candidates are unable to attend, they may provide bios for review purposes. These videos

and bios will be distributed via e-blast communication and posted on the website no later

than Friday, September 19th.

Each Lot is permitted one vote per seat.

Committee.
