The PA Senate could vote on a bill with harmful changes to Medicaid
The Pennsylvania Senate could reconvene this afternoon to vote on House Bill 59 that includes proposals that would have life-changing effects on Pennsylvania adults, children, and families.
Some changes include:
imposing work requirements on certain medical assistance recipients.
charging a Medicaid premium for children with disabilities whose families receive income 1,000 percent above the federal poverty level.
locking Medicaid recipients into their plans.
have been opposed by advocacy groups across the state.
The time to act is NOW.
Contact your State Senator IMMEDIATELY
Ask them to Vote NO to any bill that adds
Medicaid premiums and
Ask them to Vote NO to the current HB
Ask our State Senators to
