Call to Action!

quick reference: Elections/breakfast/perspectives

Check your voter registration for accuracy BEFORE ballots go out!  govotecolorado.gov and choose "find my registration".

Bill DeOreo for House District 10!

Are you in Boulder?

Bill is running to represent you. His main web page says "Make government respect the people" while his most recent blog talks about the regulatory state going after a small farmer in PA giving people what they want. He hopes to promote food security right here in CO.  Click here to read his thoughts.

Vote for Bill DeOreo if he's on your ballot this November!

Dan Woog for House District 19!

Are you in the Erie or East Longmont Area?  Then Dan Woog would like to represent you.  He's already doing a great job with House District 63 and can continue with the newly redistricted 19 with your help.  Dan has fought for the oil industry.  He wants you to have more options for your children's education and he wants you to live in a safe and affordable state.  Click here to see his stand on the issues.

Vote for Dan Woog if he's on your ballot this November!

These are just two of Our Boulder County Candidates Who Are Running for You!

You can help them out with time/donations, but also by being an election judge and/or poll watcher for them. Watch this space as training gets scheduled in September!

In the meantime adopt a candidate (or more!) from the list below and help them through this election season.

Every bit is truly appreciated by candidates and it all goes directly to helping share YOUR principles!

Lyons Residents! You're next on the agenda for restricted gun rights in Boulder County.

Apparently private business 'will be allowed' to follow their own rules, but I'm unclear how someone might move from a sidewalk to a private business with these new rules.

Asked about letting the voters determine if they want the new measures, the Town of Lyons used the standard line "No other town lets the voters vote on these measures".

Click here to read the story, but please attend the town hall on September 6th at 7pm. The agenda is not online yet, but you can find it by clicking here when it's up.

Disclaimer
  • These Calls to Action are not sanctioned by anyone.  Not the RNC and not the BOCOGOP either, though they give me this platform to use and will kick me off if I misuse it.
  • I create this.  If you send me items to post, I may edit it, or I may not.  I appreciate it when things are sent because I cannot keep track of all that goes on in Boulder County!
  • The amount and thoroughness of these has only to do with how much time I have to spend on it and has nothing to do with the importance of an event.  Half the time I send this out and then notice 3 more items that you might have been interested in as well.
  • I assume this is not your only place to retrieve this sort of information.
  • And finally – I write conversationally – in other words, not well.  ;-)
Thank you for your time – and thank you for your continued support for everything that goes on in Boulder County!
