The TBC Annual Congregational Meeting will take place on Thursday, May 29, 2025. To join this meeting please click here.
At Temple B'nai Chaim, there are two Congregational meetings each year, held in November and May. This is your opportunity to hear what's going on, vote on important issues, ask questions and get to know one another.
Please come participate in our community! We have verv important information to share. A quorum of member families is required to conduct TBC business. Attendance will be taken on Zoom.
**Please make every effort to attend and participate in these critical conversations.**

- Treasurer's Year to Date Report, Simon Curtis
- Vote on the following:
- Approve the minutes of the November 2024 Semi-annual Congregational Meeting
- Approve the slate for the Executive Committee and Board of Trustees
- Approve the proposed budget
- Any other business
We will be sending the slate, Committee Reports and the proposed budget for you to review in advance of the meeting, so at the meeting we can review the highlights of the past year and focus on exciting plans for our future.
As the meeting will be conducted on Zoom, please use the chat function during the meeting to ask questions and we will address them within allotted discussions.
To submit your votes:
- An electronic poll will open displaying the choices available for each motion.
- Each family has 1 vote - you will be able to make your choice and then submit. Once the vote is entered, the system will not allow you to change it or submit a second vote.
