There will be a Called Meeting of the presbytery on Tuesday, August 25, at 6:00 pm , via the Zoom platform. The purpose of the meeting will be to vote on the proposed changes to our Manual of Operations that had their "first reading" on July 28, and for other timely business that should be considered before the Fall Stated Meeting to be held on October 6. 

You are encouraged to send an email with comments and suggestions on the proposed manual changes to our Moderator Edd Norris at by August 5 so that the Coordinating Council can discuss them at its planning meeting on August 6. If you would prefer, send your comments by text or call Edd at (352) 454-6505 between 9 am and 8 pm. The full agenda will be provided by email and posted on our website about a week before the meeting. The meeting will also serve as a corporate meeting for both the Presbytery of St. Augustine, Inc. and Montgomery Presbyterian Conference Center, Inc. 
Registration: All Teaching Elders and Commissioners must register for the meeting no later than noon on August 24. Click here to register. Zoom training sessions open to all participants will be scheduled in the week before the meeting (watch registration page for more information).
Excuse Requests: Teaching Elders, Ruling Elder Commissioners, Certified Christian Educators, and other Ruling Elders required by their office to attend (e.g. commission chairs, moderator, Coordinating Council members) must submit a request to be excused to the Stated Clerk by email to or by phone at (904) 612-9766 (cell), or by mail.

*Churches send additional commissioners to ensure that we have "parity" between teaching elder and ruling elder commissioners. The list changes each year at the Spring Stated Meeting.
