Meet our Volunteer Coordinator! |
We are so excited to introduce our new Volunteer Coordinator, Stephanie Glover! Before coming to Laurel House, Stephanie worked as the Director of Patient and Community Engagement at Skippack Pharmacy and in the West Chester and Perkiomen Valley School Districts as a Mental Health Worker and Paraprofessional.
Stephanie jumped right into her role at Laurel House and is actively recruiting volunteers! Do you want to support us in our efforts to end domestic abuse? We are currently in need of volunteers for the following areas:
- Textline
- Domestic Abuse Response Team (DART)
- Childcare at the Safe Haven Center

Congratulations to Our Thrift Shops |
Thank you to everyone who visited Marian's Attic and Laurel's Loft on National Thrift Shop Day! Both shops offered some amazing Thrift Shop Day deals, gave out some special treats, and will be CONTINUING their Thrift Shop Day deals!
We are also ecstatic to announce that last fiscal year (7/1/21 – 6/30/22), both shops netted just over $153,000 for FY 21-22! It was a record year financially for both shops! We could not have done this without all of our donors and customers, thank you!
And, the even better news is that all the proceeds raised from the shops will support our programs and services.

Philadelphia Premium Outlets has partnered with Laurel House for a Do Good With Denim Donation Drive that runs until September 5th!
We will also be hosting an information table at the outlets in Center Court on August 27th from 12-4 PM to educate customers about Laurel House's programs and services. Stop by and visit us!
