Wave 1B: These chapters recently completed the Engage product satisfaction survey, the results of which the SCORE HQ Engage team is currently reviewing and analyzing. Thank you to all who participated and provided us with valuable feedback!
Wave 2: A satisfaction survey around the roll-out approach as well as the system’s usability was just completed by the April and May go-live chapters. These results are also in process and review by the SCORE HQ Engage team. Thanks to all who participated!
Wave 3: Eight July go-live chapters are now live on Engage, with twenty-one left to go over the next two weeks. September chapters are in the process of receiving live journey orientations around each constituent journey (Volunteer, Event, Client Mentoring) and continue to make progress on their readiness checklists prior to their nearing go-live dates.
