Make One Change: 2013 Women's Gathering
Are you passionate about women's rights? Interested in making change? On June 15, 2013, the Women's Centre will bring together more than 200 women in an exciting and unique day-long event. Twenty grassroots women's groups will tell us about an issue impacting their lives and recommend a change which could improve their situations. Make One Change: A Women's Gathering will provide a forum for raising the voices of women in Calgary. And we'd like for you to attend! Read more.

Come learn about what the Women's Centre has been up to for the last year and vote on new members for our board of directors. Appetizers and refreshments will be served.

Scotiabank Marathon | May 26 (various race start times)

Featured Workshops
What are your dreams and aspirations? This workshop will help you to put these things into your own words and then support you to creatively express the story through a medium of your choice (possible examples: video, drawing, painting, photos, etc.).

River Path Run (5km, 10km loops) | Saturday, Apr 27 (10-11:30am)
In preparation for the Scotiabank marathon we are organizing a river path run for participants who are interested in training for the event. All genders, pets and non-run participants are welcome to join.

Join us as we stroll through downtown and learn about Calgary's feminist history. Our group will meet at at the horse statue in front of City Hall at 2pm. Everyone is welcome.
