We had hoped to have our seventh annual Oz Relay in the spring, but Covid-19 restrictions preempted it. (We are grateful to the Flying Fish swimmers who biked, walked and ran in honor of Oz instead. Your creativity and dedication were impressive!)

But now it's time to do this relay for real -- in the water.

If you're unfamiliar with the Oz Relay, it's a 24-hour community swimming event that honors the memory of longtime Flying Fish swim coach and instructor Oswald "Oz" Roper.

Oz, who died in 2013, passionately believed in young people and swimming. To honor the legacy of Oz, the Oz Relay raises money for our aquatics programs, including scholarships for young swimmers.

Whether you're a serious swimmer or not-so-serious swimmer, join us!
