Dear Calvary Family,

We are overwhelmed at the kindness shown to us as we wrapped up our interim ministry at Calvary. Thank you all for the many gifts, cards and encouraging conversations over the past several days. Calvary will always be near to our hearts. We are so happy for the arrival of Justin Buchanan and his family, and the start of a new chapter in the history of this great church. We love you all!

Shine His Light

Blessing Others with Gospel Love this Christmas Season

Jesus said, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven” (Matt. 5:16). The Christmas season is one of the most opportune times for God’s people to radiate the love of Jesus Christ. During the month of December, we want to encourage and challenge you to seek ways to Shine His Light through acts of love and kindness. Pray and ask the Father how you, your family or your Connection Group can reach out to a neighbor or someone in need. Consider bringing cookies to a neighbor or doing yard work, or perhaps volunteer at a food bank or a local shelter. You can even provide toys for children through the Hope Women’s Resource Clinic Giving Tree this season. However God leads, pray for opportunities to have gospel conversations with those needing His love.

One of our favorite Preteen Ministry events is Christmas caroling at local businesses! We'll meet at Building 9 (the Planet) to eat pizza, hop on the bus to go caroling and then return to the church for some outdoor games, hot chocolate and s'mores. Wear your green Calvary t-shirt and bring a Christmas hat if you have one! Invite a friend! Sign up in Building 9 (parental consent form required).

Christmas Worship Celebration

Sunday, December 10, 2022, 6 PM

Calvary Beaumont Worship Center

Gather with us Sunday evening, December 10, 6 PM for a beautiful evening of worship of our Lord Jesus Christ. Our Worship Choir and Orchestra, Kids Praise, Chosen Student Choir, Internationals and Casa Calvario worship servants will lead us in a glorious night of Christmas praise of our Savior. Please join us and invite someone who needs the Lord Jesus and His amazing love and grace. This special evening will be followed by a fellowship featuring delicious traditional and international food in the Fellowship Hall.

Kids Praise kicks off the Spring Semester on Sunday, January 14 from 4 - 5:15 PM

Age 3 (by September 1) through Grade 6

Calvary Kids Praise is a ministry designed to begin children on a life long journey of worshiping Jesus! There are so many ways to praise the Lord, and we welcome children as young as 3 years old to begin learning how to use the gifts which He has given them to know Him better, love Him more, and serve Him.
