- Declutter and get rid of things you don’t need.
- Enjoy your morning beverage outside.

- Take a break and go for a walk today, even if it is a short walk.
- Forgive yourself for the mistakes you have made. Remember mistakes are a natural part of life. It’s what we do next that matters most.
