We are pleased to inform you that Calvo’s SelectCare is one of the two options for the Government of Guam FY 2023 coverage year for active employees, retirees, and their eligible dependents. For the upcoming 2023 Fiscal Year; the Government of Guam is self insuring the prescription drug benefit, and it will be administered by the other medical provider. We will continue providing medical benefits to our members and will work on coordinating care for our members.

The plans choices offered are the same as the prior year: The HSA2000, PPO1500 and RSP (must be a retiree enrolled in Medicare Parts A&B). The annual Open Enrollment (OE) starts on September 13th and concludes on September 26th. OE allows you the opportunity to make any necessary changes to the enrollment including termination of coverage.

Our eligibility files should be updated by October 1st, which is the starting date of the new plan benefits!
