Applied Scientific Instrumentation ct-dSPIM
- Dual Selective Plane Illumination Microscopy for Cleared Tissue

ASI's ct-dSPIM is a flexible and easy-to-use implementation of Selective Plane Illumination Microscopy (SPIM) that allows for dual views of large samples, such as cleared tissue. Unlike other light sheet techniques, this SPIM concept uses two objectives, oriented 45° from vertical, at right angles to one another above a horizontally mounted sample in an open dish. The ct-dSPIM has successfully imaged various cleared tissue samples from microtome-cut slices to whole mouse brains.

Luxendo QuVi-SPIM
- Multi-View Light Sheet Microscope
Combining dual views with dual detection channels, the QuVi SPIM enables large-scale imaging of living samples. It can achieve a resolution down to 340nm in 3D, enabling life imaging, free of phototoxic effects. Typical applications include living/ fixed/ cleared brain slices, long-term imaging of 3D cell culture models (spheroids, organoids, tumoroids), imaging of conventional cell culture in high throughput, and even functional (e.g. calcium) imaging.

Re-Scan Confocal Microscope

TissueFAXS PLUS from  TissueGnostics is an ultra versatile, upright fluorescence and brightfield system for the scanning and analysis of slides, cytospins, smears and tissue micro-arrays.
