Camp Haiastan Gala-Tribute Weekend a Huge Success
Fundraising Tops $300,000; But More is Needed

Camp Haiastan would like to thank the nearly 500 supporters that attended the Gala-Tribute event at Gillette Stadium on Saturday July 26, 2014. More than $300,000 was raised through donations, event tickets and promotions, but more fundraising needed!
The Camp was very pleased to honor all 32 summer directors and present the 15 summer directors that attended the Gala-Tribute with a beautiful, framed commemorative photo (created and donated by Garo Lachinian). A commemorative video featuring all of the summer directors and digital ads that supporters sponsored can be viewed on You Tube and the Camp website: www.camphaiastan.org/events.

The Gala-Tribute also provided the venue for the debut of the exclusive, Camp Haiastan ALEX AND ANI bracelets and necklaces. The Camp Board of Directors would like to extend its gratitude to ALEX AND ANI and the Rafaelian family who are donating 100% of the jewelry sales to support the preservation of Camp Haiastan. These pieces will not be sold in any ALEX AND ANI retailer or on their website. They are available for a limited time and will only be sold at Camp Haiastan this summer, at the AYF Olympics in Detroit over Labor Day Weekend and through the Camp's website: www.camphaiastan.org. The Board of Directors would especially like to thank the numerous volunteers who made this event possible, including the Gala Committee: the Armenian Youth Foundation for their generous $100,000 special grant; and Nancy Guzelian for her own generous donation of $100,000.
