This Week's Specialized Activities

Specialty activities are one time per week; however, they may occur on multiple days to accommodate the number of campers enrolled that week.

Adventure Course- All Ages on Thursday (New)
SWIM LESSONS- Due to the number of campers enrolled, these will occur throughout the week. Click here to view your camper's assigned day for swim lesson day.

*Campers who have a weekly lunch pass and are attending field trips will receive a bagged lunch on field trip days.

Good Evening!

We had a great day exploring the outdoors! Campers were able to complete the adventure course, a nature scavenger hunt, and several outdoor activities.

The weather will warm up tomorrow; therefore we will complete the remaining swim lessons tomorrow morning. We look forward to another great day!

Important Details for Getting Started!

Here are a few important things to note as you prepare for the first day of camp!

We have a NEW Traffic pattern that is TOTALLY DIFFERENT! Please watch the video below. Campers will be dropped off and picked up at the main camp entrance We will not be able to permit vehicles to stop during the car line drop-off times. Camp staff will help escort campers into the building daily.

Please be sure to wait to sign in your camper with our QR Code link until a car line attendant has provided you with your camper's temperature. After receiving the temperature, please hit submit. The car line will begin at 8:00 a.m. If you are utilizing "Before Care," please call 410-665-7461 when you arrive. Before Care drop off ends at 7:30 a.m., those arriving after this time will need to wait for the 8:00 a.m. car line.

Please be patient as staff is getting to learn about vehicles and authorized pick-ups. Please have your photo identification ready.

Please ensure that all of your camper's belongings are labeled. We are unable to keep items left behind at camp.

Campers should arrive to camp daily with an initial layer of sunscreen and their swimsuits under their clothing, regardless of the weather forecast. Please ensure that you have read over the supplies needed.

Additional Forms- Please see the links for the forms below and be sure to submit them to our staff as soon as possible. Although all campers have provided consent for camp activities through online registration, these forms help the activity coordinators prepare for activity sessions. Hard copies will be provided at the car line.

Health Forms & Medications- All medications must be brought to camp in their original pharmacy containers and given to the camp staff. Campers who have asthma, food allergies, and health conditions listed on their registration must also submit the necessary medical forms (medication authorization form, allergy action plan, or asthma action plan). These forms can be found at the bottom of the email.

Sunscreen & Water Bottles- Please ensure that your camper has sunscreen and a refillable water bottle that can be carried around camp. This will help your camper stay hydrated.

Athletic Shoes- Please ensure that your child has a pair of closed-toe athletic shoes for horsemanship, wheel day, and the adventure course.

Martha's Kitchen- Martha's Kitchen is now open for dinner service on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings. Be sure to place your orders for Wednesday's Chicken Dinner. Order ahead, select your pick-up time, then and pick it up at the yellow food truck.

Extended Care Hours:

Before Care: 7:00 am - 7:30 am

After Care: 4:15 pm- 6:00 pm

(Please pull up and contact the camp office at (410)-665-7461 to sign your camper in our out for Extended Care)

Regular Camp Hours:

Curbside Drop Off: 8:00-8:30 am

Curbside Pick Up: 4:00-4:15 pm

Please move slowly and follow the traffic patterns and adhere to all traffic lanes, signs and barriers. These systems are in place to protect your children.

Please see the above drop off pattern flow, and or read through your parent/camper handbook to observe any additional traffic patterns, as well as any directives in regards to drop off and pick up time frames, policies, and late fees.

CAMPER DAILY ROUTINES AND SPECIAL NOTES:

Sunscreen:

Please be sure to apply your campers first application of sunscreen in the morning prior to attending camp. This helps to ensure they stay protected throughout the day and gives time for absorption.

Water Bottles:

Please be sure to bring your water bottle filled to start your campers hydration pattern for the day.

Medication:

Any medication that a camper will need to be administered during the camp day will need to be turned in to camp staff immediately, and must contain the original prescription box/bag with a legible prescription label and an accompanying medication authorization form signed by the prescribing physician.

Swimsuits:

We ask that campers wear their swimsuits under their clothing when arriving to camp to help jump start transitions. Reminder that only full one piece swimsuits or tankinis covering the mid section are permitted. Also a reminder to bring a plastic bag for your camper to place their wet items in.

Blankets

Campers ages 4 & 5 may bring a blanket for reading & rest time!

Camper Profile Pictures Required to Be Sent In!

All campers are required to have a full frontal profile picture on file. If you did not include a photo in your camper's application, please forward a photo by email or bring one to your camper. Email them to [email protected] and be sure to include their name or upload them to your camper's online portal.
