Welcome to Camp Trinity Summer 2021!

Hello from Camp Trinity! Thank you for trusting Camp Trinity with your camper this summer!

Please read this email carefully for the latest guidelines and requirements to prepare you and your camper before your session of camp.
Remember, a healthy camp starts at home! :)

Also, please review your Summer Parent Letter. This includes detailed information about Camp Trinity and was included in your Welcome Packet. You may also find the letter here.

Camper Testing Prior to Camp Arrival:
All campers will be required to provide documentation of a Negative Molecular PCR COVID-19 test upon their arrival at Camp.

The test must be administered no more than 4 days prior to the camper's Opening Day. After this test, we ask that the camper and those bringing them to Camp minimize their risk of COVID-19 exposures by adhering to North Carolina's three W's and follow best practices recommended by the CDC.
Please present the check-in nurse with your negative test documentation along with your Pre-Camp Daily Health Screening Form. If you've lost your copy, it's attached here.

Questions about what masks to pack your campers? We will follow the most updated mask guidelines provided by the CDC. For that information, please visit the CDC website for the most current information.
Opening and Closing Day:

You will receive a separate email that will include what cabin your camper is in and what your drop off and pick up times will be. Please review the protocols below:

Arrival:
·       Campers will be assigned a registration time slot on opening day. It is very important that you arrive during your assigned time slot.
·       Please be prepared with face coverings for all members in the vehicle, including your camper. Staff will be wearing face coverings too.
·       Please do not exit your vehicle until a staff member verifies all paperwork, gives temperature checks, and guides you to your drop off area.
·       Prepare your camper and say your goodbyes before drop off. This will help with the continual flow of drop off traffic.
·       Any late arrivals MUST be approved by the Camp Director ahead of time.

Departure:
·       Campers will be assigned a pick up time slot on closing day. It is very important that you arrive during your assigned time slot.
·       Please be prepared with face coverings for all members in the vehicle, including your camper. Staff will be wearing face coverings too.
·       Staff will bring luggage to your vehicle. Please do not exit the vehicle unless requested. If your camper has medication, the nurse or a director will have you sign off that you’ve received the medication before departure.
·       In case of delay in arrival, departure, or last minute emergency, contact the Camp Director at (252) 247-5600 ext. 23. Lunch will not be served on this day.
·       Supervision is not available after the camp closing as staff receive time off soon after campers depart. Please do not request early arrivals or late departures.
