Who: Current 1st-3rd Graders
What: This action-packed session for our youngest campers is the perfect introduction to camp. Knowing that this may be some camper's first camp experience or even their first time away from home, our counselors will spend every moment with these campers. They will provide a safe and caring environment filled with music, Bible study, campfires, crafts, water activities, and tons of games. As the seeds for a love of camp and of faith are planted we see campers seeing and experiencing God in new ways.
When: Friday, June 21 – Sunday, June 23
Where: Camp Wapo's main site: 738 Hickory Point Lane, Amery, WI 54001.
Transportation: All participants are responsible for their transportation to and from Camp Wapo.
Check-in: 3:00 – 4:30 pm on Friday.
Check out: 12:00pm Closing worship on Sunday. Family and friends are welcome and encouraged to attend. Campers should be picked up by 12:45 pm.
Price: $260 ($150 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is due at registration.)

Who: Current 4th-9th Graders
What: Campers at Camp Wapo will experience a place of grace to meet new friends, experience new activities, grow closer to God, and make memories that will last a lifetime. The week is packed with a variety of activities that are meant to impact kids in a meaningful way, taking them higher, wider, longer, and deeper into the love of God and community with each other. Each day includes Bible study, chapel, cabin activities, free time, field games, and campfire. Summer youth camp at Camp Wapo is a week youth will never forget!

Youth Fishing Camp, Grades 4-9 | |
Who: Current 4th-9th Graders
What: We invite 4-9th graders to come and spend a week at camp centered around faith and fishing. Fishing camp staff leaders will serve as their fishing guides for the week as they explore area lakes. In addition to some of the best angling in NW Wisconsin, campers will participate in most of the normal camp activities. Grab your lucky tackle, shirt, or hat and join in the experience! Campers should bring their own fishing rods and tackle. Camp will provide live bait and life jackets.

Who: Current 10th-12th Graders
What: This unique program designed for high school campers, is a great opportunity growth and faith development in a small group setting. The Roots program is focused on developing leadership skills, community building, digging deep into faith, personal reflection, and building confidence. Roots has a schedule that is perfect for this age group that allows time for lots of friendship-building and intentional community time.
Roots campers will enjoy all of the traditional camp activities at Wapo, in addition to some day trips to Ox Lake for low ropes challenge course and laser tag. Join us for a super fun and unforgettable week of camp designed specifically for our upcoming young leaders!

Who: All Ages! (No charge for children under 2 years of age.)
What: Grandparent/Kid Camp is a 3-day, 4-day, or 6-day* program, where multi-generational family groups can come enjoy camp. With a focus on allowing grandparents and their grandkids to do camp together, this camp is open to all generations, from parents to aunts and uncles, and even cousins or friends. The program includes meals, lodging, and fun camp activities that range from swimming in the lake, campfires, crafts, bible studies (both together and separated into age groups), and much more. Come make memories that will last a lifetime!

When: July 14-16 (3 days), July 16-19 (4 days), & July 14-19 (6 days)

Our Saviour's
Staff Presence
Leisha Tays, Director of CYF Ministries & Lauren Gainey, CYF Administrative Specialist, will be present at Camp Wapo during Our Saviour's time at camp June 21-28!
As a former Camp Wapo counselor, Leisha always looks forward to time at camp with our children and youth! It's home away from home!
Lauren attended Camp Wapo once in Middle School, as a guest to her cousins church. She is excited to go back and experience it with the kids this year, and hopefully start a new tradition of attending yearly!

Payments, Scholarships
Deposit/Registration: Deposits are due at the time of registration. Registration now open.
Payments: Balance of remaining cost is due two weeks prior to your camp start date.
All payments are made by families via Camp Wapo website: campwapo.org
Scholarships: Scholarships are available. It is Camp Wapo's and Our Saviour's philosophy that any youth who wants to attend camp should do so regardless of financial ability. To request a scholarship, fill out a Scholarship Request Form by clicking the button below. You can apply for 50% on this scholarship form and we can request that Wapo match that scholarship.
