To all of our members, guests, and residents:
We appreciate the opportunity to continue to provide an avenue for a temporary getaway and some semblance of stress relief during these uncertain times. However, in order for us to continue to do so, we must ALL do our part in adhering to CDC guidelines and recommendations, especially related to social distancing.
If folks cohabitate, then those folks don’t have to practice the social distancing between themselves (according to CDC), but they SHOULD practice it with others who aren’t in their household.
If members can’t self-practice these measures, then management will be forced to take other actions to limit access. We must share the facilities during this time by limiting our individual use so others have an opportunity to enjoy.
Hot Tub:
Restrictions are now in place. Please limit the occupancy to 4 non-cohabitating folks (one person per corner), or 6 folks in the case of 2 couples and 2 individuals (1 couple per corner, and 1 individual in the other 2 corners). Please limit your use of the Hot Tub to 20 minutes so others that are waiting may enjoy it also.
Campfires:
Campfire rings are available at most sites, so several folks can have fires to limit the number of folks at each fire. Again, if you cohabitate, you can be next to your cohabitant, but you SHOULD keep 6 feet apart from others. Have fires, enjoy the chatting and hopefully some laughter and beverages, but please limit the gatherings to groups of 10 or less and maintain the required social distancing.
Game Room:
Occupancy is limited to 10 people at a time, and again social distancing is required. If others are waiting to get in, please finish your pool game, etc. and allow others to enjoy.
Meet & Greet:
We as a company feel that the Meet & Greet events must be
canceled
during this time so as not to encourage large groups to congregate. We apologize for any inconvenience but feel it is a necessary step during this outbreak.
Upcoming Pool Opening:
We are still hoping to open the pool on time, but state or federal agencies may say otherwise. In the event we are able to open it, the social distancing outlined above will still apply, and other temporary restrictions may be announced in accordance with pool use.
In summary, we need each person to take it upon themselves to self-police, and encourage others to do the same. Hopefully, if everyone can comply, we may be allowed to continue to provide the temporary getaway from the stress this has put on all of us.
Thank you,
TRE Management
