Executive Director's Message

With school back in session and the morning becoming crisper, I hope that you all had a memorable summer.

At United Way of Otter Tail & Wadena Counties, we realize that even as some thrive in our communities, there are those who need a helping hand. Working with our partner programs and dedicated stakeholders, together we team up to provide support in a variety of ways to community members in need.

There is incredible satisfaction in being able to reach out and help provide real solutions to our fellow community members.

Please do not hesitate to contact United Way of Otter Tail & Wadena Counties as you consider ways you can positively impact the present and future of our communities.

NURTURING OUR NEIGHBORS

The 2023 campaign season is upon us, and we have big goals this year!

$360,000 of them to be exact, and together we can achieve our goal.

Dollars raised during the campaign season stay local.

You can see your dollars at work through many of our partner programs like MAHUBE-OTWA's Family Development Crisis Intervention Housing Program - OTC and Housing Program, Wadena County.

You can even see your dollars at work through our many initiatives like Coats for Kids, Imagination Library, and Stuff the Bus.

Together with our volunteers we will be stopping by and telling you more about our partner programs, initiatives, and where your dollars are being spent. You can also learn more by visiting our website.

It's time to clean out those closets! Coats for Kids are collecting clean, gently used winter gear. Everything is needed: coats, snow pants, hats, and mittens.

There are lots of collection bins located throughout the county. The closest one could be right in your own town.
