Campaign Alert: Your Guide to Election Week
Election Day is finally here! And with record numbers of women nominated for both the US House and Senate and a near-record for state legislatures, women could make history in 2012.
To follow all the excitement, here's your guide to Election Week:
Monday: Download and print the
Women's Election Scorecard, a complete list of all women nominees for U.S. House and Senate organized by state and by the time when that state's polls close.

Tuesday: ELECTION DAY. Vote! Then begin tracking results by following along on the
CAWP website. Results will be posted as soon as they are available. Keep count of women winners and remember that it takes 87 House Members and 20 Senators to elect a Congress with 20 percent women!
Wednesday:
Check back for any results that weren't final on Election Day. Even one or two seats could make the difference.
Thursday:
Learn about the women elected from your own state by visiting The 2012 Project's Women's Election Tracker. You'll find state-by-state links to every campaign web site.
Friday:
The 2012 Project will host a special Women's Election 2012 Debrief to report final results and discuss the outcomes for women. This one-hour conference call debrief begins at 11 a.m. PST and 2 p.m. EST. Don't miss this important call! To reserve a spot, click here.
P.S. Some fun facts from our "Pick the Number of Women Elected to Congress Contest": 69 percent of contest entrants believe women will increase their numbers in the US House from the current level of 73. And 34 percent of contest entrants believe women will reach 20 percent or more women in the House (87 women).
