Akron Polymer Systems Lab Renovation and Addition Near Completion

Our longtime client, Akron Polymer Systems (APS), needed to expand its existing lab and production space despite being landlocked.

Having designed and built APS's original facility, Campbell Construction was again brought on board to design and construct a 12,500 sq. ft. lab/ office build-out and addition on a 43,000 square foot facility APS purchased on Falls Commerce Parkway in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.

The addition and renovation project includes converting part of the acquired building into labs and offices, and adding a specialized non-combustible room for flammable materials.

Our crew is in the process of finishing the interior at the same time our client's equipment is being installed. We estimate our client will occupy the newly upgraded space in September.

Akron Polymer Systems was founded in 2002 with the primary mission to utilize the unique expertise of their team of scientists to develop and commercialize high-performance polymer products.

TrimLine Addition Under Construction in LaGrange

Steel is Up for TrimLine Manufacturing Addition

TrimLine, a Division of Varbros LLC, and long-time past customer reached out to Campbell Construction to design and build a new 27,840 sq. ft. addition to their LaGrange, Ohio manufacturing facility.

The Butler® pre-engineered metal building will provide an additional 24,000 sq. ft. for manufacturing and a 3,840 sq. ft. open-sided scrap canopy addition.

The steel structure is nearly complete, with Butler's MR-24® standing seam roof system to follow.

Campbell Construction Inc. Celebrates Employee Service at Annual Awards Event

Campbell Construction's annual awards banquet was held July 26th at our Wooster Campus.

Employees were recognized for milestone Years of Service and milestone Safety awards at this annual meeting. Many retirees joined us for the event as well!

Gridirne Cookery out of Medina brought a portable smoker to provide delicious meats and sides, and the Polar X-Press mobile ice cream stand topped off dinner with a refreshing treat.

Service awards included a wide variety of gifts, including iPads, Apple Watches, grills, power washers, power tools, and more. Award recipients could choose their awards based on their years of service.

Milestone Service awards were given to:
