Canton Addition Update

The days are getting shorter, but it's not stopping our crew from making swift progress on the new 50,362 sq. ft. addition for Sonoco at its Canton location.

Foundations, below-grade masonry, steel erection, and roofing system along with above-grade masonry have all been completed. Next up is the phase that includes the siding, trims, windows, doors, and underground electrical and mechanical.

This is the third addition project Campbell Construction will have designed and built for the Sonoco family of brands; two additions were completed for Ball® before Sonoco acquired the company.

Progressive is Progressing!

New Medina Manufacturing Facility in

Finishing Stages

Progressive Molding Technologies Inc. will soon be moving into its new facility in Medina!

Campbell Construction was asked to design and build the new 30,624 sq. ft. Butler® pre-engineered steel building, which will function as an office, a warehouse, and a manufacturing facility complete with bridge crane, all under one MR-24® roof.

Currently the facility is in the finishing stages, and the owner is expected to occupy the building at the end of February 2024.

This property was found and brokered with the assistance of Campbell Construction, thanks to our extensive knowledge of available properties in the area. We're thrilled that it is the ideal location for PMT's new space!
