THE MANITO-WISH TIMES

CAMPER FAMILY NEWSLETTER

APRIL EDITION

Hello Camper Families!

Greetings from the Northwoods,

It is finally starting to warm up, which means summer is just around the corner. As we prepare for the warmer weather, we want to provide you with some information about how our meals work at camp, where our international staff are traveling to camp from, and let you know that the Summer Camp Webinar recording is ready to share! We hope you are as excited as we are to get the summer started, and we can’t wait to see you here in a couple of months!

Insider Info

Meals in Nash Hall

Family Style Dining

At Camp, we eat family-style! When the campers enter the dining hall, they will be seated at their cabin's designated table. Once everyone is seated, one person from each table will go to the kitchen to bring back the food. After the food has been served at the table, campers will practice passing dishes around so that everyone has a chance to enjoy the meal. Once the meal is finished, the campers will work together to clean up their table and the surrounding area to ensure it is tidy.

**Special Diets: Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegetarian, Vegan**

There is something delicious for every camper at every meal! We will have a special diets table in the dining hall to accommodate various dietary needs. There are nine options available for you to choose from:

1. Standard

2. Vegetarian

3. Vegetarian & Gluten-Free

4. Vegetarian & Dairy-Free

5. Vegan

6. Vegan & Gluten-Free

7. Gluten-Free

8. Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free

9. Dairy-Free

Please indicate your chosen option when filling out the Camp Doc forms.
