Although we don't know exactly what it will look like, Summer will be here before we know it. If and when we get the green light to open, we want to make sure we are ready to go. To do that, we need your help. The Department of Health requires us to have several forms on file for your camper. You have at least 3 forms to complete. Instructions are below.

The Department of Health has also indicated that they want to require an MMR vaccination for all campers. The process to put that into law has taken a back seat to the Corinavirus and as of May 1, 2020, that is not the law. However, it would not shock me if they enact it right before camp begins. Please make every effort to have your child immunized in case they surprise us with this requirement this year.

3 Forms to Complete

All the camper forms can be found on the Camp Forms Page of our website. Three of them you MUST complete. Forms #1, #2 and #3 are due ASAP. We realize there may be a delay with the doctor's portion of the Medical Form.

The other forms are to be used as needed. The Authorization of Medication Administration and/or the Lunch Authorization Form , if needed, should be submitted no later than June 1st.
