NEW: CSF APPLICATIONS The California Scholarship Federation (CSF) application will be completed online this semester and the submission window will run from January 31st through February 18th. CSF is a statewide organization that honors outstanding high school students for their academic achievements based upon each semester's grades. NEW: MID-YEAR TRANSCRIPTS FOR SENIORS Seniors--if you have colleges that require mid-year transcripts (with fall semester grades), please click on the link below and follow the instructions to request these transcripts. The second screen of the form will allow you to indicate that your request is for mid-year transcripts. You must be logged in with your school email address to complete the form. Please note that you do not need to request mid-year transcripts in Naviance or pay for them on the webstore. We no longer charge a fee for transcripts, so there is no need to purchase them. NEW: INDOOR ATHLETICS--SPECTATOR ATTENDANCE Starting Monday, January 31, Campolindo will expand the number of spectators (including student fans) allowed to attend indoor competitions. The new limit is up to 500 spectators. Parents/Guardians will still be on a gatelist to ensure their access to games. Masking rules still apply. Thank you parents/guardians for all of your support of Cougar Athletics.
NEW: CAMPOLINDO LEC UPDATE The Leadership Equity Council Class has been making progress on all of their initiatives. The Education Committee has successfully created a Deconstructing Race English class that will be in the curriculum for seniors next year. Community Outreach has been working on a volunteer service drive, a speaker series, along with Lunar New Years events and celebrations for this week. They are also beginning to plan for Earth Week! NEW: CAMPOLINDO MISSION STATEMENT DASHBOARD Over 90% of our students completed a survey on their experiences at Campo this past November with results remarkably similar to the same survey given last year. Results show we still have a ways to go. Read more about this in DNI section below.
NEW: CAMPOLINDO LEADERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENTS Remind your student of these upcoming activities on campus. Spring club grant applications are due February 16. February 23rd is mini club day and is a great way for your students to get involved and feel a sense of belonging. Key Club is having a toiletries drive through February 28, which will benefit the Contra Costa County Homeless Shelter. If your student is interested in leadership for next year, have them come to E9 at Academy or Lunch for an info session.
NEW: LUNAR NEW YEAR CELEBRATIONS FOR STUDENTS The Asian Cultural Awareness Club, Mandarin Classes, and Mandarin Club have been hard at work planning activities to celebrate the Year of the Tiger. Wear red on New Year's Day (Tuesday, February 1st) for good luck, participate in the scavenger hunt, and participate in many other activities. Click here for more information.
NEW: BLACK HISTORY MONTH BEGINS THIS WEEK Campo's BSU with the help of the Leadership classes, is planning decorations, a movie night (February 23rd), special club sessions and activities for students in the quad throughout the month. Stay tuned for more information.
CAMPOLINDO POETRY & CREATIVE WRITING CONTEST The Campolindo Poetry And Creative Writing (PAC) Club is launching a writing contest with the submission window from January 18th through March 1st. Students are welcome to submit poetry, short prose, or long prose. Click here for details.
VOLUNTEER SERVICE AWARDS Reminder to have your student keep track of their volunteer hours! Students can earn one of two service awards: Campolindo Service Award (school award) or the President's Volunteer Service Award (a national award). NAVIANCE WORKSHOP FOR PARENTS OF JUNIORS WILL BE ON ZOOM, FEBRUARY 1, 6:30-7:30pm Get insights into the college application process and learn how to use Naviance. Naviance is one of the most important apps we use in the College & Career Center. It helps students prepare for the college admissions process. Its tools include self-assessments, career assessments, resume building, college research, and so much more. It's required by both students and staff for the college application process. - 56% of students witnessed a racist incident by a student on campus
- only 49% of students feel like they can be his/her/them self on campus

They are for AP Biology, Chemistry, Calculus AB, Calculus BC, US History and Physics 1: Algebra-based. They will be proctored by one of their professional tutors and offered on upcoming Saturdays from February 26th to April 9th. Students will receive a score report immediately following the practice exam. Students can register for one or more of the practice tests here.
