ANNOUNCEMENTS

NEW: CAMPO BEAUTIFICATION DAY Help us make Campolindo more beautiful! We'll have two separate 2-hour volunteer slots for Campo's Beautification Day on Saturday, May 4. We're looking for volunteers for the 9-11am and 11am-1pm slots. Volunteer teams will focus on 2 or 3 projects: Mulching the Quad and hill near the football field, weeding and trimming vegetation along Moraga Rd, and/or sanding and priming the wood benches. The Campo Parents Club will provide food and beverages, but we're happy to accept donations of relevant supplies, as specified in this sign up list.


NEW: RHEEM ELEMENTARY SENIORS Please join your fellow graduating classmates and the Rheem students, teachers and staff on Tuesday, May 28 for the Rheem Senior Farewell Parade. Please plan to arrive between 1-1:15. The parade will start promptly at 1:30 and end at 1:50. Family members are welcome to join and cheer the Seniors on. RSVP here. Questions? Email Jackie Bronson. Also, Rheem Seniors, please mark your calendars for a Rheem Senior Farewell swim party at the Campolindo Cabana Club on the afternoon of Saturday, May 25. More details to come!


NEW: TOWN OF MORAGA GENERAL PLAN 2040 COMMUNITY WORKSHOP April 30, 5-7pm, St. Mary's College. The Town is inviting the community to provide early input and feedback in an interactive workshop for the General Plan. The General Plan is the vision for the Town for the next 10-15 years. The current focus is on Sustainability, Transportation, Economic Vitality and Community Design. Your input will help shape the areas the Town should focus on. There will be light snacks and gift cards for participants. Please join and bring your friends and family. THE LARAMIE PROJECT The Campolindo Drama Program is proud to present The Laramie Project on April 25, 26, and 27, at 7:30pm in the CPAC. General admission tickets ($20) are available at the door or online at showtix4u.com. Should your student want to attend but the cost is prohibitive, please have them see Ms. Wrobel in the Wellness Center for a complimentary ticket.

UPDATE: NLI NATIONAL LETTER OF INTENT--SPRING--MAY 1 Campolindo will be holding its Spring NLI Recognition Ceremony at lunch (12:50-1:20pm) on Wednesday May 1. If your student athlete is planning on signing an NLI and would like to participate in the ceremony, please email the student athlete's name, sport and college to AD Ray Meadows. If friends and family can't make it to the event but would like to watch it, this year's NLI will be live-streamed. Please go to nfhsnetwork.com, search under Campolindo and click on the NLI event to see this free event.


CAMPO ATHLETICS INCOMING STUDENT INFORMATIONAL EVENING May 6, 6-7pm in the Quad for the Class of 2028 and all new to Campolindo students for the '24/'25 School Year. 


UPDATE: PLEASE NOTE DATE CHANGE TO THE FEMALE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM The Campo Athletic Boosters is sponsoring a (free) Female Strength and Conditioning Program in Campo's weight room. Open to any Campo students. No experience necessary. Meet at the weight room in workout attire. New days and times are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-6pm.

PARENT PRESENTATION: UNDERSTANDING THE COMPLEXITIES OF HIGH-END COLLEGE ADMISSIONS Wednesday, April 24, 6:30-7:30pm in the Campolindo Library. The sign up is now full. Campo parents are invited to join us for a presentation from an elite college admission reader and learn about the complexities of the admission application process at highly selective colleges. We are limited to 25! Please cancel if you cannot attend to make space for other interested parents.

NEW: PARTICIPATION IS AT A HISTORICAL LOW The participation rate among Campo families in the MEF 23/24 Giving Campaign is only 44%. This is the lowest participation at this time in the campaign in at least the last 7 years. Every student at Campolindo benefits from the MEF grants, and we are asking every family to participate at the level that is right for them. Please make your contribution today!

SENIOR BALL TICKETS ON SALE NOW A ticket to the Senior Ball ‘24, A Night in Monte Carlo, includes appetizers, full dinner, dessert, dancing, entertainment, and bus transportation to and from San Francisco City Hall on Saturday, May 18. Let the games begin! Campo Student ticket is $150. Non-Campo Student ticket is $175. Prices go up after April 30. The last day to buy tickets is May 7!


GRADUATION LEIS ON SALE NOW Celebrate your graduate with a beautiful, direct-from-Hawaii lei, now available for purchase through the webstore. Last day to order your lei is May 9. The leis will be handed to students as they gather before heading into the stadium. All sales final.

UPDATE NAVIANCE Update Naviance with all decisions: Click on "Colleges I am applying to" Colleges >> Edit Pencil>> Update admissions RESULT. Continue to check your college portals for admissions decisions and housing requirements. Note: Maia Learning will replace Naviance as the College & Career Readiness platform to be used by all AUHSD schools going forward. Seniors (Class of 2024) will NOT be moving platforms and will finish the year on Naviance to ensure a smooth transition to college.
