NEW: GET TO KNOW CAMPO CHOIR DIRECTOR MR. ROBERTS Hello Campolindo Community, as a graduate of Campolindo, I have had a long connection to this school and community. It ranges all the way back to watching my older brother and sister perform and compete with various choirs and sports teams in the 90’s. I began teaching at Campolindo in 2011, returning to a choral program that inspired my love for the art form. It is my pleasure to continue to build on the excellent tradition of great arts at Campolindo High School. Click here to read more... | |

NEW: HOLIDAY STRESS With the year ending, the holiday season is among us. The holidays can be a joyous time--good food, gifts, family reunions, and quality time with loved ones. The holidays can also come with many demands, errands, and stressors. Here are some tips for handling holiday stress:
- Set intentions to enjoy the holidays--The more you allow yourself to feel positive emotions, the more open and receptive you are to future positive experiences.
- Savor the feel-good moments--Let your mind savor moments of well-being for 15-30 seconds.
- Take a break--The holidays are also a time to rest. When you feel overwhelmed, take a few breaths, enjoy a cup of tea, or cozy up with a blanket.
- Practice gratitude--Consciously reflect on good fortunes and express gratitude to friends and loved ones.
- Have fun-–Tune into your child self and have some fun. Singing, dancing, and playing games can be great ways to bring out your playful side.
Enjoy the break!

MORAGA EDUCATION FOUNDATION |
YOU CREATE POSSIBILITIES Without your generous support, Campo would not be able to provide such a wide variety of classes and the supplemental curriculum and equipment to ensure a high level of instruction. There wouldn’t be a fully-staffed Wellness Center and College & Career Center. These classes, resources, and spaces are not possible at all public schools in California - and they are only possible at Campo because parents like you donate to the Moraga Education Foundation. MEF’s community-funded grants create these possibilities and so much more!
WE NEED YOUR HELP, AND THE TIMING IS CRUCIAL The MEF fundraising campaign is significantly behind where it was at this time last year, and soon, the school district will need to start planning its budget for next year. By donating or pledging today, you can help MEF more accurately estimate the size of its grant to Campolindo for next year, maximizing the impact of your support. So please make your donation today - or if you need to donate later in the Giving Campaign, make a pledge here to donate at some point before May 31, 2023.
Thank you for supporting Campolindo. If you have questions about MEF, visit our website at moragaeducation.org or contact us at MEF@moraga.k12.ca.us.
