NEW: CHECK YOUR PORTALS: DECISION DAY IS THURSDAY, MAY 1ST
Make sure your students claims their spot, checks on Waitlist instructions (some schools are already moving students off the Waitlist), pays any necessary deposits to hold your spot and for Housing, Housing Selection Information, and in some cases, Special Scholarship Opportunities are all in your PORTAL. Please note all dates, as these vary by school, and you don’t want to miss out.
PURCHASE A LEI OR SASH FOR YOUR GRADUATE
Celebrate your graduate with a beautiful lei or sash! Leis will be distributed when students gather in the quad before walking up to the stadium. You can purchase Hawaiian purple orchid leis and ti leaf sashes as well as red and blue ribbon leis and sashes. Visit the webstore to place your order. Deadline is May 16th.
SENIOR CELEBRATION IN COLLEGE & CAREER
THIS WEEK! Friday, May 2nd, at Academy. All Seniors are invited to celebrate their post-secondary plans. Join CCC Staff for food, drinks, and making houses for the Class of 2025 “Oh The Places You’ll Go" Map.
END OF THE YEAR EVENTS AND MEMORY BOARDS
The senior handbook is a resource for the rest of the year. It also includes detailed information for the memory boards and printed information is also included with each board. Memory boards can be picked up in front of the attendance office and are labeled by student name. Please do not drop off memory boards until May 9th, which is the day they are due!

DVC’s Welcome and Connect Services is offering Enrollment Workshops online for high school seniors. Priority Registration date for graduating high school seniors is May 6th, 2025. You must sign up, links are below.

SENIORS REQUESTING MID-YEAR TRANSCRIPTS
Many of you have applied to colleges that require mid-year transcripts (with fall semester grades) to be submitted. As was the process for ordering initial transcripts, please request mid-year transcripts through the Campo Webstore. On the transcript ordering page, please type in "Mid-Year Transcript" in the box at the bottom of the screen, followed by the names of the colleges you are requesting transcripts for. There is no charge for transcripts.
HAVE YOU BEEN WAITLISTED?
Make sure you OPT-IN to the Waitlist on your portal. Waitlists are not a guarantee of admission, and waitlist movement varies greatly from year to year. Please spend time visiting, attending accepted students days and/or joining virtual sessions at the school(s) where you have been admitted to help make the best decision for you and your family. - Login to MaiaLearning. Click on the Universities (left-hand navigation).
- Click on the Decisions (top navigation bar)
- For each school on you list, click on the three-dots, under Actions
- Complete Application Status for the University and Select College in University using the drop-down menus for each. You DO NOT need to complete the Set Flags section.
WRITE YOUR THANK YOU NOTES TO TEACHERS
Please write a note of appreciation to the teacher(s) who took the time to write you a letter of recommendation. We have “Thank You Cards” available in CCC if you want to come by during brunch/lunch or 7th.
