Please do not drop off memory boards until May 9th, which is the day they are due!

CHECK YOUR PORTALS - WAITLISTS ARE MOVING

To-Do Lists, Waitlist decisions/instructions (time sensitive and sometimes emails go into junk mail), Housing forms/deposits, Special Scholarship Opportunities are all in your PORTAL. These vary by school and you don’t want to miss out on an opportunity.

HAVE YOU BEEN WAITLISTED

Schools will start accepting students off waitlists now that Decision Day has passed. Check your school portals often so you do not miss an offer, they are often time sensitive. More information on Waitlists.

FINAL TRANSCRIPTS/SENIOR SURVEY

We have met with all Senior GOV/ECON classes to complete the Senior Exit Survey. Accepted—Attending data from that will determine where your students final transcript is sent by the Campo Registrar. We will be reaching out to students/families who missed class (i.e., absent or APs) to come by the College & Career Center to complete. It will take 5-10 minutes. Final transcript will be sent to only ONE school and will be sent once grades are finalized in mid-June. If your student gets off a waitlist and changes their decision before May 30th, stop by College & Career to change their Final Transcript request. After May 30th, you will need to request through the Webstore/Transcripts and indicate in the box at the bottom that you're changing schools and list the new school you want your Final Transcript to go to. Campo and AUHSD Registrar will be monitoring the web store over the summer and make sure transcripts get sent. Do not email Mrs. Duff and/or your Counselors, we are also done May 30th.

NO SENIORITIS

Do your best to maintain your GPA in the range in which you were accepted. Your acceptance could be rescinded if there is a significant decline. You worked too hard to get here, don’t let it be taken away!

WRITE YOUR THANK YOU NOTES TO TEACHERS

Please write a note of appreciation to the teacher(s) who took the time to write you a letter of recommendation. We have Thank You notes in CCC, stop to grab anytime!
