It is with great joy that we announce.... (drum roll please).... a REBRAND!
Welcome to Simply Bee Campus: A Place to Grow.
As Simply Bee has expanded over the past 4 years, we have strived for our growth to be in alignment with our mission. The mission at Simply Bee is to change lives through services, programs, and resources for all people to recognize, achieve and sustain personal wellness. We believe that therapy happens beyond the walls of our offices—so over time we've begun to conceptualize our work much like a university campus.

We want you to think of Simply Bee Campus as a place that is evolving mental health. Our company encompasses several departments, each with their own goals, team members and resources. Yet much like a bee hive, each department works together to support the success of the greater organization.

The Growth & Resiliency Model© is the foundation of all the work that we do here. Simply Bee Campus is comprised of four departments:
  1. Counseling: Therapy and Wellness Services (yoga & nutrition)
  2. Training & Development: Social Emotional Learning, Sports Performance, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
  3. Community: Events, Workshops & Public Speaking
  4. Products: Bee You Planner Series and Well, Not Perfect Podcast and Digital Courses
About The Growth & Resiliency Model©

The Growth & Resiliency Model© was created and copyrighted in 2021 by Simply Bee CEO Audrey Grunst, LCSW. This comprehensive five-step model is designed to fuse theory, skill, and knowledge into people's understanding of their personal growth and emotional development.

The theory behind this model is that a growth mindset occurs when you are aware of your internal world, can observe it without judgment, know how to respond instead of react, and can integrate all of that information into the external world effectively. The final step is to reflect on the process, celebrate what went well and learn from what didn't. Through the use of this model, we believe you can learn to intuitively overcome life's daily challenges and appreciate them as opportunities for positive change.
We invite you to check out our newly rebranded website to learn more about Simply Bee Campus and our services, programs and resources!
We welcome feedback and questions regarding the rebrand and/or our new website. Please reach out to our Manager of Community Education, Kate Kelley.

Season 3 Podcast Launch!
Our biggest lessons in life come from imperfect moments. That is why “well, not perfect” is an honest yet encouraging phrase often heard inside Audrey Grunst's therapy practice, Simply Bee. Everyday we face messy, difficult and real life problems and striving for growth rather than perfection is the healthiest mindset to have.

On this podcast, you will hear experts share their personal and professional experiences that aim to inspire and humble listeners to examine their own mindset through a therapeutic lens that only a mental health expert can offer.

Join us and learn how our guests are breaking stigmas, raising awareness, providing support—and overall taking action to make this world a more mental health inclusive place, despite the process being…well, not perfect.

Season 3 drops today and Episode 1 features Allison Herman, Director of Education at Hope For The Day. Hope For The Day is an incredible Chicago-based non-profit who’s mission is to empower the conversation on proactive suicide prevention and mental health education. Listen in to this episode to learn about all the ways that Allison & Hope For The Day are taking action each and every day and how you can be a part of the efforts to break the stigma.
