Vaccine Incentive $250 Bookstore Gift Cards Fully vaccinated students with verified vaccine cards uploaded to Optimum HQ by December 1 @ 11:59 p.m. can pick up their gift card daily beginning December 6 to December 17, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. in front of Student Health Services.
