Holiday Gifting Campaign

During the month of December, William & Mary Auxiliary Services will come together to spread some holiday cheer, and we want your help! Every day, starting on December 2nd, one of our offices will gift something cool to your friends via Instagram. Follow us and tag your friends to nominate them to win. Gifts will include W&M Bookstore and Chick-fil-A gift cards, a free tennis lesson from McCormack-Nagelsen Tennis Center, free airport shuttle service from W&M Parking & Transportation Services, Tribe gear from Trademark Licensing, and more!

Airport Shuttle Service

Need a ride to the airport for Thanksgiving Break? W&M Parking and Transportation Services offers shuttle service to Newport News and Richmond Airport for all university-scheduled breaks. Reservations must be made online, in advance. Seats fill up quickly, so reserve your spot today.

Send it to the Print Shop

Final presentations and deadlines are quickly approaching and the W&M Print Shop is ready to help you prepare. Files can be uploaded online through the Print Shop job request form, sent via email to printshop@wm.edu, or delivered in-person with a thumb drive at their convenient location on the ground floor of Swem Library.

William & Mary Night in Merchant Square

Mark your calendars for December 5th from 6-8pm! W&M Bookstore will host their 8th Annual William & Mary Night at Merchant Square. Bring your friends to come take pictures with Santa, enjoy free chili from the Trellis, candy from Wythe's, discounts from many Merchant's Square retailers, free t-shirts, and much more. This event is always a blast, so be sure to follow the W&M Bookstore Facebook page for details.

William & Mary License Plates

Show your Tribe Pride everywhere you go with a William & Mary-themed Virginia license plate. Revenues received form the sale of these plates go back to campus as scholarships through the W&M General Scholarship Fund.

Zipcar Survey

William & Mary is dedicated to providing sustainable and affordable transportation options for all students on campus. To better assess our Zipcar program, W&M Parking and Transportation Services would like your feedback.

Wanted: Creative People

W&M Auxiliary Services is accepting applications for a marketing intern to assist with the generation of marketing collateral, social media development, and video creation. Experience preferred, creativity required. Check out the details online and apply soon. Interview this month and start in the spring.

Thanksgiving Dining Hours

Thanksgiving Break Hours will be in effect Tuesday, November 26th until Sunday, December 1st. Normal hours will resume on Monday, December 2nd. Follow the link below for the complete list of locations and hours.

Round Robin at MNTC

Looking for a way to stay active during the chilly months on campus? Come play tennis at McCormack-Nagelsen Tennis Center, William & Mary's in-door tennis facility. Students only pay $5 to participate in their Round Robin program. Call the front desk to sign up at 757-221-7378.

Support Our Troops with W&M Tribe Gear

Operation Hat Trick (OHT) generates awareness and support for the recovery of wounded services members through the sale of collegiate licensed products. Be sure to get your OHT for the W&M vs. Towson game on November 16th to show your support, available at the W&M Bookstore or in the W&M Spirit Trailer during the game.
