A note from the Dean
Dear Faculty and Staff Colleagues,

It has been great to see students back on campus the last few days; their presence brings the new academic year to life. I had the pleasure of greeting many first-year students and their families as they moved in on Friday. I can’t wait to see what fresh ideas they bring to our classrooms and community, and how they work together with our second-years, who returned on Monday refreshed and ready for new adventures.

I’d like to thank all those involved in the preparation and execution of the many events we hosted throughout Orientation Week. I appreciate the dedication to creating both enriching experiences and a welcoming environment for our students.

Later tonight, we will gather for our annual Convocation at 7:00 p.m. in Williams Gymnasium, followed by our traditional Candlelight Procession on the Quad, weather permitting. This is a great opportunity to connect with the Oxford community. I hope to see you tonight, but if you can't attend, you can livestream Convocation by clicking this link or watch a recording later on our website

Best regards,
Ken
