Dear Faculty and Staff Colleagues,
We did it! On Saturday, we graduated the largest class in Oxford's history. I reiterate my thanks to all those who made our 178th Commencement an event that both celebrated our students' past two years and paved the way for their futures. As our keynote speaker, Joe Moon shared some insights gleaned from his 35 years here and urged students to remember our Oxford principles. Afterward, Provost Ravi Bellamkonda and Emory College of Arts and Sciences Interim Dean Carla Freeman welcomed our students to the Atlanta campus. And in case you missed it, there was another guest of honor in the audience, pictured here.
Thanks to Susan Newborn and her team for hosting today's Staff Fest. It was a great way to wrap up another busy academic year at Oxford and to show appreciation for the staff who support our mission.
Best regards,
Ken
