Dear Christ Covenant Family,

As we look forward to worshiping with you on Sunday, we want you to be aware of some updates related to our continuing ability to worship together both in-person and safely.

We have been blessed with large crowds for morning worship the past few weeks, and blessed by the many in our congregation who continue to love their neighbors well by sacrificially wearing masks and following prudent safety measures. We love being able to worship in-person with our church family, but we only want to do so if everyone can feel safe and be safe. Following are some safety tips that aren’t new ideas, but we hope you will read them with renewed eyesight as we hope to persevere in this together.
Remember to sign up
We ask that if you plan to attend in-person worship that you sign up prior to coming. The capacity for our worship center is 500, and we are reopening the Community Life Center (CLC) for morning worship with the capacity of 100.

We have capacity seating to help provide the safest environment possible to maintain social distancing during worship. We have exceeded our 500 person capacity in the worship center these past two weeks and so we are opening the CLC to maintain good social distancing practices.

To sign up to attend worship in-person this coming Sunday, August 30, you can click on one of the boxes below. Or to sign up online, please visit christcovenant.org/regather.
Remember the 3 W's
Our commitment to a rigorous program of best practice safety measures on campus includes emphasizing the 3 W's of wearing masks, waiting 6 feet apart, and washing hands.

If you attend in-person worship, we are asking you to please wear a mask. If you choose  not to wear a mask, we are asking you to sit in a designated section in the worship center that is located in the back right side on the lower level or the far left side of the balcony.

Thanks for cooperating with these safety measures..We all look forward to the day when we can gather without masks and without sign ups, but for now we need your help keeping each other as safe as possible by following these recommendations.
In Christ,

Tom Groelsema, Executive Pastor
Sandy Spitz, Senior Director of Church Administration
