A special thank you to our Inclusive Florida Listening Session partner
Greater Pensacola Chamber of Commerce!
The Able Trust is Florida's statewide leader in disability employment dedicated to expanding the employment opportunities of people with disabilities. The Able Trust supports Florida's system of employing Floridians with disabilities by being the thought leader for disability workforce inclusion.

Inclusive Florida: Powered by The Able Trust will work to close the employment gap that exists between persons with disabilities and persons without disabilities. Our goal is to add 300,000 more persons with disabilities to Florida’s workforce over the next 10 years and we will accomplish this through a unique combination of research, outreach and capacity building.

Listening Sessions to Inform Research
This Listening Session is tailored for businesses. Please bring your hiring manager and key leadership. These representatives from your company with boots on ground experience will benefit from this conversation and provide great value to the Inclusive Florida research.

Our goal is to have a strong representation of businesses from your area, and across various industries. If you are a business leader, employers need to hear from you and learn from your experience

We look forward to hearing about your experience in disability employment. Who do you work with to find candidates with disabilities for your open positions? Or are you just starting out and haven’t made those connections yet? If so, what are your expectations for including persons with disabilities in your organization?

We need your input to better understand disability inclusion in Florida. This discussion is important to Inclusive Florida research, and we appreciate your time and look forward to learning from your experience.
